First up a big thank you for taking a look at my blog, I hope that you find some recipes that you want to give a go. I am always grateful for feedback or thoughts/questions on the recipes that I share here so please do get in touch and I will get back to you as fast as I can.
Antonia Cooks (formerly “Back on track in the kitchen”) started in 2012 whilst I was living in south-west France, 4 years on I am now living and working in London as a lawyer for an Asset Manager Monday to Thursday and blogging on a Friday – consequently my blog has evolved somewhat.
The focus for my blog is to share recipes that are perfect for entertaining, whether you are having friends over for lunch, a barbecue for 30 or are looking for a perfect date night recipe. There are recipes that you can turn to if you are in a rush (just look for “quick and easy”) and there are those that take a little longer. Whilst some of my recipes are more complicated than others I hope that by following my step by step instructions you are able to tackle them all and produce delicious food at the end of it.
Things you should know about me:
- I love butter and can’t understand why people use margarine instead.
- I am a feeder – the idea of someone leaving my house hungry fills me with dread.
- I have been known to use every pan in the house when making a new recipe.
